Special and Standing Order Policy

Hey there, pet parents!

 

Just a heads up on our ordering policies:

Special orders: Please pick them up within 10 days.

Standing orders: Grab them within 5 weeks.

Cans/Pouches: Gotta order and buy by the case!

Remember, after 14 days (special orders) or 6 weeks (standing orders), we might have to cancel your order, and we can’t promise the product will stay in stock.

Lastly, while we do our best, we can’t guarantee arrival times or dates for products.
