Shipping policy

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery to Bend, Redmond, and Sunriver, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 10 AM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 10 AM, or on a day we don't deliver, go out the next business day. You'll receive a text message when your order is out for delivery and again once it has been delivered. Shipping to Other Addresses

For customers outside our local delivery area, we ship to personal residences within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to PO boxes. We are unable to ship frozen products, oversized products, or CBD products, as CBD is only available for in-store purchase.

Order Processing and Tracking

Orders ship within 2 business days when the product is in stock. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived by 5 business days after its expected delivery date, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier. If the claim confirms the package is lost, we will replace your order or issue a refund, your choice.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once reviewed, we'll replace the item or issue a refund.

Packages Missing After Delivery

Once a carrier's tracking confirms delivery, the package becomes the customer's responsibility. We're not able to replace or refund orders that show as delivered but are later reported missing or stolen. We're happy to help however we can, including sharing tracking details for a police report or carrier claim, but we can't guarantee a replacement in these cases.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error, but we can't guarantee a change once an order has shipped.
